We are a provider of personal coaching, mental training, sports mental training and outdoor training. Our events and presentations provide a unique combination of these offerings.
Pure Outdoor Passion: Whenever possible, we combine our services with acitivities in the nature. Our locations are in Säntis (Eastern Switzerland), in the Bernese Oberland (Central Switzerland), in Saas Fee (Wallis) and Porto Vecchio (Corsica).
Xdream: We motivate and support you in achieving your personal, sporting or professional goal. We support you in defining goals, exploring your strengths and resources and provid you with methods to use your full potential.
Our courses are targeted at individuals, groups, teams and companies.
